Correct Address Input
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address, failure to do so can result in shipment delays. We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or carrier delays, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised.Â
Shipping Timelines
Orders placed will be processed within 48 hours after payment is cleared and will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS or UPS. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If you are having a shipping issue please email us at info@lacarterhair.com. Please allow 24-48 to respond.Â

I Entered the Wrong Address. What Do I Do?
Contact info@lacarterhair.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Email us for further assistance.
​My Order Never Arrived/Lost or Stolen Shipments
Please contact info@lacarterhair.com, and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to me, there will be a shipping fee for the packages to be sent again.Â
